In this 4-months program, you’ll learn in 12 steps how to navigate through the state of burnout and how to build healthier habits. Thanks to various mindfulness techniques, organization methodologies, and prioritization exercises you’ll not only get the full awareness of your mental, emotional, and physical state but also learn how to define, prevent, and go through various burnout stages in the future.
All for a healthier, happier, and more stable life.
The program contains everything as the “Mindful Growth Program” and min. 10 dedicated individual guiding meetings during which we go through materials, talk about your personal situations, find healthy solutions on the go, and most importantly - re-learn how to live and work in a more stable, tranquil, and happier way.
Please note: this program is for everyone who wants to evolve thinking and living in a healthy, mindful, and balanced way. Our goal will be to ground you properly, clear up your personal path to achieving your life goals and prepare your mindset so it remains flexible and resilient no matter what life throws at you.
