A calm mind is becoming more about more challenging in the current reality. There are many ways to calm the mind. We list meditation, visualization, physical, psychological, or emotional practices. In the monthly-led “Mindful Work-Life - Grow Healthily Program, we focus on discovering the palette of methodologies based on individual capabilities, experiences, and commitment, and embracing the power of a calm, focused mind. We choose a well-suited path for you to achieve a calm mind and practice it to live and work harmoniously.

Become and stay naturally relaxed, peaceful, and focused

In search of the most optimal way to support myself and others in the journey toward a clear, steady, and happy mind, I’ve been exploring various Japanese, Tibetan, and Folk methodologies, including meditation, aromatherapy, herbalism, ecotherapy, reiki, and animal therapy.
Today, as a Reiki Level 1-2-3 Theory and Practice Master certified by Shizen Atsushi Kubo, I am offering “
Holistic Healing, Meditation, and Reiki” sessions. By including these Far-East alternative healing methods to enable others a smooth transition between the past, present, and future.

How, you ask?

Entering
meditative states teaches the mind which thoughts are useful and valid here and now. Aromatherapy and a soft introduction to herbal-based therapy help to keep the mind and body present. Reiki brings peacefulness and enables the creation and maintenance of body-mind-soul harmony. Ecotherapy grounds us, brings us closer to Mother Earth, and fine-tunes our intuition. Soon, these methods will be complemented by Japanese bodywork, Shiatsu.

Try it, solo or as an add-on with a Mindful Growth Program, and let into your life a stable balance combined with immense relaxation, peacefulness, and clarity.

Navigate through burnout without losing efficiency and focus

Working efficiently is an art. One of the biggest challenges is to keep working with dedication and passion and not waste energy (burnout). This impacts not only individuals, their families, and friends but also enterprises and public health institutions. During the 4-month Program Prevent Burnout - Navigate Through Burnout in a Healthy Way” you’ll learn to use many proven meditation and organization techniques and approaches to work diligently and healthily. Thanks to The Program you won’t risk endangering yourself with further mental or physical problems, overstress, and avoid entering or looping in the tense atmosphere. You’re going to be happier and equipped with new healthy work habits that will prevent you from re-entering into the burnout state again.

All sessions are available in English, Polish, and Italian. Soon also in Dutch and French.

Because besides certification in Reiki Usui 1-2-3 by Mr Atsushi Kubo San from Shizen Japanese Holistic Healing and daily mindfulness practice, for the last 15 years, I have been consistently building a mindful work environment and lifestyle for myself. I teach honestly and with an open heart. I went through a lot in my life, both in my professional, and personal life, in regards to physical, mental, and emotional health, and I’m still here, enjoying and embracing truly every second I have. This gift I want to pass to others, through individual and group workshops, as well as, individual coaching.

These experiences empowered me to become a more resilient, empathetic, understanding, and holistic well-being specialist. With all the methods I have tried and collected throughout the years, both from Western and Eastern Traditional Medicine, I am not only a more aware, serene self, but also connected with other beings profoundly.

That unique blend of skills and a little bit of talent gives me a chance to help better and on more levels than just rational. Thanks to these attributes I help you holistically to find the way forward that is healthy and fit for your current situation - with respect to the past and future, but with full concentration on the present.
